Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 2 yr or 4-year graduate, IT or non-IT course/degree
  • Basic knowledge in Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to render overtime and work on a shifting schedule
  • Nearby location is a plus
  • Inventory and PEZA experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift items/units

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for procurement of IT equipment, managing the IT asset database, and tracking and maintaining accurate inventory records and reorder points; also responsible for logistics, including managing incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure cost-effective software purchases and adherence to licensing requirements.
  • Participate in development and maintenance of asset management policies, procedures, systems, and measurements to manage the asset portfolio and identify risks.
  • Process invoices, address discrepancies, and work with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues related to IT asset purchases.
  • Participate in procurement and vendor coordination for projects and office remodels; ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet expected quality levels.
  • Analyze and complete financial and operational reports, utilizing asset records and vendor reports to calculate costs and values.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php17,00.00 per month
