Job Description
The purpose of this function is to assist in human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety. Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Bachelor’s / College Degree, Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Has at least 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field is required.
- Must possess adequate knowledge of the Philippines Labor Code.
