Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure the proficient and timely updating of consolidated cash position reports while ensuring that there are adequate and sound internal controls surrounding the Cash as source and use of funds;
- To ensure the efficient generation of Sources and Use of Funds reports consistent with the agreed timelines, proforma and criteria and as needed by top management;
- Perform periodic review of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements;
- Ensures funding availability of processed checks and electronic payments.
- Performs routinary oversight review of on-site collections and related concerns;
- Recommends approval of all periodic/ monthly adjusting journal entries affecting fund accounts to the General Journal Book;
- Percentage of time taken to process for revenue.
- Provide reasonable work-related coaching to immediate subordinate and conduct periodic performance appraisals;
- Provides reasonable assistance in crafting or adopting accounting/ finance policies and procedures, as so required and predicated to evolving cash and collections events;
- Ensures propriety and completeness of valid documents supporting each check or electronic payment transaction;
- Performs other duties and tasks as may assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance/Accounting position
- Previous employment from a Real Estate company is a plus
- Willing to be assigned at Ayala Makati
