A Freight Forwarding Operator plays a crucial role in the logistics industry by coordinating the transportation of goods internationally. As a Freight Forwarding Operator, your responsibilities will include managing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers and suppliers, and ensuring smooth customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing shipment documentation, such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.
• Coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure they reach their destinations safely and on time.
• Assisting in customs clearance by providing necessary documentation and following customs procedures.
• Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during transit, such as customs inspections or damaged goods.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
