Job Description
AllValue Holdings Corporation, under the Villar Group of Companies, is looking for candidates to fill the position of Store Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the supervision of sales and operations of the store
- Manage properties belonging to the store
- Ensure smooth implementation of company policies, system, and regulations in the store
- Lead and supervise the store personnel in all store activities
- Plan, organize, and develop strategies to meet weekly and monthly goals
- Ensures good customer service is given by all store personnel
- Monitor accurate inventory procedures and report
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least Supervisor / 1 Yr & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned at Vistamall Sta. Rosa, Laguna
- Full-Time position(s) available.
