Job Description
Responsible for processing, tracking, and analyzing data for orders, order status, order history, quantity of orders, schedules, inventory, and sales data.
Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
Preparing reports for Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Service Department stating trends, patterns, predictions, and forecasts of orders and inventories.
Responsible in proper coordination and communication to every department and person in-charge during installations, service calls and maintenance.
Responsible in channeling of service concerns to Service Engineers, Application Specialists, service head, and other departments.
