Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain our company’s servers, networks, and other IT systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage IT projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Communication with our foreign client and their IT counterparts
- Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies and provide recommendations to the IT department and management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience working in IT, with a strong technical background
- Experience in supervisory roles or assisting IT heads is a plus
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with network protocols and security measures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Candidates must be amenable to work onsite in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
