Job Description
OVERVIEW:
The HR Officer 1 will be responsible for the end-to-end process and procedure of the Organizational Development, Admin, and Safety and Security. Mainly, Performance Management, Job Design, Salary Structuring, Change Management, Asset Management, Records Keeping, and Employee concerns intervention.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performance Management
- Competency Mapping – Determine the Skills, Behavior, Abilities, and Knowledge that a Job Title requires.
- Create KPIs and KRAs based on the created Job Competencies.
- Competency Gap Analysis
2. Job Design – Create a Job Design for each Job title.
- Job Simplification
- Job Rotation
- Job Enrichment
- Job Enlargement
- Job Characteristics
3. Asset Management
- Monitoring of Company accountabilities: Company Phone, Laptop, and giveaways.
4. Records Keeping
- 201 Filing
- Monitoring of HR Documents such as: Accountability form, Memo, Incident Report, NTE, Demand Letter, MRF, TNA, Exit Interview, Job Description,
5. Salary Standardization
- Create Salary Structure Matrix
6. Employee Concerns Intervention
- Answer to employee concerns. Serve as Employee hotline.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- 1. AB Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resources Development Management graduate or any related 4-year course.
- 2. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 3. Computer literate, and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
- 4. Must be a team player, and flexible.
- 5. Sense of commitment.
- 6. Diligent with great attention to detail, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented.

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
