Details and Benefits:
- Located in Legaspi Village, Makati, Philippines
- 5 days work/week, 10 hours/day (including break time)
- 27 days Annual Leaves

Job Descriptions:
- Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
- Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
- Responding to customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers
- Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in Bengali
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be willing to work in Makati, Philippines

Salary: Php75,00.00 – Php90,00.00 per month
