Job Description
Are you passionate about helping students succeed in their academic journey? We are currently seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer to join our team. As a Student Support Officer, your main responsibility will be to provide assistance and guidance to students, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to excel.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing one-on-one support to students, addressing their concerns and queries
- Collaborating with faculty and staff to develop programs that enhance student engagement and success
- Assisting students in navigating university policies and procedures
- Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to promote student retention
- Coordinating workshops and events to promote student development and well-being
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to multitask. A background in education or counseling is preferred.
