Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a National Training Supervisor – Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in training and development while working closely with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. You will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing trainees’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall training experience.
Requirements for this position include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in training or education is preferred but not required.
