Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates that fit the job requirements needed by the requesting department.
- Drafting and posting job hiring
- Screen Candidates resumes/curriculum vitae and job applications.
- Conducts interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Endorse Potential Candidates which is subject to final interview of the hiring client.
- Participate in job fairs and in-house recruitment events
- Handling of administration and record-keeping
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or a similar role
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Word (Excel, Ms Word, Outlook)
