Nature of Job:
- Develop engaging content to boost brand visibility
- Develop and implement social media strategies
- Stay adept at utilizing various platforms and tools
- Social media ninja with a deep understanding of platforms, analytics, and best practices
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly
- Knowledge and experience with Chime (now Lofty) is a must
- Create automations and workflow processes
- Manage leads database of client
- Generate leads and convert them into actual customers
Key Qualifications:
- Must have a stable internet connection
- Must have own laptop or desktop
- Must have at least 1 year social media management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Tech-savvy, and well-versed in various tools and software
