Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Network. This position requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure and systems, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of network and telecommunication strategies
- Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal network uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess network requirements and implement solutions
- Supervise and mentor junior network engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network management
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
