Job Description
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate service delivery activities and ensure timely response to client inquiries
- Monitor and assess service quality to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and escalations
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service delivery or a related field
