Job Description
As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:
- Own the day-to-day delivery of the entire Service Operations team, including reporting, performance management, onboarding and offboarding of resources
- Act as a liaison officer between IT and the business, particularly for complex and business-critical outages/disruptions
- Supervise staff performing various tasks and be capable of doing them firsthand in the absence of delegates
- Implement incident management practices like facilitating technical bridge/war room
- Create problem tickets and lead discussions that require long-term/prolonged solutions
- Improve and innovate monitoring capabilities
- Be an active member of the Change Approval Board
- Support annual BCP – DR activity in partnership with Enterprise Risk Management and IT BCP DR Manager
- Support the Governance team in fulfilling regulatory requirements/commitments
