Job Description
- Responsible for the security of cash-on-hand, and the accuracy of all the cash collection or remittances, and any prize releases.
- Accountable for cash collection, cash count and cash handover every business shift.
- Responsible for processing financial transactions of customers by receiving payments in cash, credit, or debit, and issuing receipts, refunds, and change.
- Prepares report of the daily operation (cash collection, disbursement, deposits, prize pools, etc.)
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness in inputting details in the system.
- Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures are followed at all times.
- Submits timely report to Branch Cashier.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies.
- Greet customers as they approach the counter and provide excellent customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
