Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. In this role, you will support our finance department in various administrative and financial tasks. You will work closely with our senior finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Updating and maintaining financial records and databases
- Processing invoices and payments
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitoring and reconciling bank statements
- Handling general finance-related inquiries and providing support to other team members as needed
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software are required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for success in this role.
