Job Description
Teabros Corporation (Chatime PH), a leading beverage company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Full Time Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for managing operations, staffing, and sales in our retail store, while achieving profit goals.
- Manage operations, staffing, and sales along with profit goals in the assigned retail store.
- Receive, check, and place merchandise orders.
- Hire, train, guide, discipline, revise, and terminate employees.
- Learn about the financial goals of the facility and organization by supervising and studying financial performance.
- Interpret profit and loss statements and sales forecasts.
- Manage the facility by working in all operational areas, including sales floor, front-end, merchandise flow, and offices.
- Participate in safety activities such as safety inspections, risk control meetings, facility tours, and accident reviews.
- Achieve individual sales objectives and customer service goals.
