Job Description

QUALIFICATION
- Must be a PRC Accredited Real Estate Salesperson.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or any related field.
- With at least 5 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- With extensive experience in real estate sales, preferably in the high-end market.
- With a deep understanding of the local real estate industry, market trends, the competitive landscape, and challenges real estate agents face.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills and capable of developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- With networks of potential clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.
- Skilled in negotiating deals, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that transactions proceed smoothly.
- Adept at solving problems and making quick, and informed decisions.
