Job Description
The Operations Associate shall perform administrative, customer service, and other operations-related tasks to ensure that the CMI brand of premier patient experiences is maintained and strengthened.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receptionist Tasks:
- Assist patients/clients/visitors in finding their way around the clinic.
- Monitor and update patient room assignments.
- Enter client’s information in the system and ensure its correctness and completeness.
- Help maintain security by ensuring all visitors are logged on the Visitor’s Logbook.
- Occasionally, handle appointments of patients and doctors and coordinates with unit/s.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to staff or departments as necessary.
- Entertain concerns and direct them to appropriate person/department accurately.
- Promote CMI products and services, when appropriate.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Administrative Tasks as Needed:
- Monitor and reserve parking slots for doctors, patients, executives, and guests upon request.
- Coordinate with housekeeping any irregularities on facilities that need urgent cleaning/repair.
- Assist and coordinate with the supplier the maintenance of clinic facilities (e.g. aircon, doors, chairs, etc.).
- Assist and process necessary passes or permits for CMI suppliers/providers as required by Building Admin.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time essential in providing a premier experience to CMI patients and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or admin staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
