Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our team. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing data entry and reconciling accounts receivable/payable
- Preparing journal entries and assisting in the month-end close process
- Generating and analyzing financial statements
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field
- 2+ years of experience as a General Accountant
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
