Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Technology Business Partner for the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). As a Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and our business stakeholders.
Your primary responsibility will be to align business objectives with technology solutions to drive innovation and enhance our organization’s digital capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Operations, and IT, to identify business requirements and develop strategic technology plans for APAC.
In this role, you will become a trusted advisor to our business leaders, providing guidance on technology trends, market insights, and industry best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology-driven growth, streamline processes, and boost operational efficiency.
To succeed in this position, you must have a deep understanding of both business and technology. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between different teams and translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Technology Business Partner or related positions
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology trends, digital transformation, and IT strategy
- Ability to analyze business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
