Job Description

As a Shift Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing operations during designated shifts. Your main objective will be to ensure smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize productivity.
- Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
