Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Credit Control Specialist to join our team. As a Credit Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our company’s credit policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include assessing credit applications, evaluating credit risks, initiating credit limits, and ensuring prompt payment collections. You will also be responsible for minimizing bad debts and reducing overdue accounts through effective communication and negotiation with clients.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of credit control processes and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers are essential.
