Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Total Rewards Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering the company’s total rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and meet the needs of our employees.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of total rewards policies and programs.
- Administering employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinating compensation plans, including salary benchmarking, variable pay programs, and merit increase processes.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to total rewards programs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current total rewards programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of total rewards principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
