Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced PCC Attorney V to join our team. As a PCC Attorney V, you will be responsible for handling complex legal cases related to public criminal defense. You will provide expert advice and representation to clients, ensuring their rights are protected throughout legal proceedings.

Your main responsibilities will include conducting legal research, preparing and presenting arguments in court, drafting legal documents, and negotiating plea deals with prosecutors. You will work closely with clients, investigating their cases, and building strong defenses. Additionally, you will collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to enhance the effectiveness of our legal services.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on criminal defense. You should possess a deep understanding of criminal law and procedures, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
