Job Description
An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the incoming payments of a company. They play a critical role in maintaining financial stability by ensuring timely and accurate payment collection from customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and sending invoices to customers
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments
- Resolving customer billing issues and discrepancies
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Collaborating with the sales team to resolve payment disputes
To excel in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using accounting software and a solid understanding of accounting principles are also required.
