Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Employee Services Specialist – Onboarding (Mandarin) to join our dynamic team. As an Employee Services Specialist, your role will primarily focus on providing exceptional onboarding experience to our Mandarin-speaking employees.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting onboarding sessions, handling documentation and paperwork, and ensuring smooth transition for new hires. You will also be the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking employees regarding any onboarding-related queries or concerns.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in employee onboarding or HR-related roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
