Job Description
We are currently looking to fill the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at our establishment. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high-quality service, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes
- Supervising and training restaurant staff to maintain excellent customer service standards
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper stock management
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Managing schedules, payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies
