Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Influencer Sourcing Lead. As the Influencer Sourcing Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with influential individuals in various industries to promote our brand and products.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and identifying potential influencers who align with our brand’s values and target audience
- Managing and developing relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and collaborations
- Creating and implementing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns and initiatives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with influencers and build mutually beneficial relationships. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are also essential for this role.
