Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
- Data Cleaning: Clean and preprocess raw data to eliminate errors and ensure it is ready for analysis.
- Data Analysis: Use statistical methods and tools to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and trends.
- Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and departments to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address data-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret complex datasets.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Python, R), data analysis tools (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey findings in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
