Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Releasing of accounts
- Checking authenticity and completeness of documents prior to release
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of details of all legal documents
- Preparing transmittal PDC, Released Folders, Cancelled Accounts
- Signing legal documents as a witness
- Preparing monthly reports for Collateral monitoring and Take-risk releases
- Handling Collateral documentation
- Releasing loan proceeds and loan consultant’s commissions and incentives
- Tagging commissions in the system
- Handling internal and external customer queries and concerns
- Handling and replenishing Petty Cash Fund
- Confirming Loan details in the system
- Requesting and releasing certificate of full payment and collateral documents
Key Requirements:
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Course
- Detail-oriented, precise, and meticulous when preparing documentation
- High work ethics, sense of integrity, and loyalty
- Highly organized, quick learner, and proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills – can work well with others; build effective working relationships throughout the organization and external clients
