Job Description
Job Role :
1. Professionally answer customer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints.
2. Identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management for appropriate action.
3. Manage administration tasks and effectively communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
4. Conduct research using available resources to gather necessary information.
5. Accurately inputting, verifying, formatting, and editing data, assisting in database management tasks, generating reports, and identifying data errors or inconsistencies while collaborating with the team to meet targets and deadlines.
