Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team. As a Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the finance and accounting team.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank relationships.
- Review and improve internal control systems.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and coordinate the annual audit process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
