Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly-skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager of Support Operations. In this role, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our support department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor support ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Develop and implement support strategies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze support metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar support management role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
