Job Description
A Telecollections Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of telecollectors and managing the collection activities of an organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze data, and excellent communication skills.
- Setting collection targets and developing strategies to achieve them
- Monitoring performance and providing feedback to telecollectors
- Reviewing and analyzing collection reports
- Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Handling escalated customer complaints
- Collaborating with other departments to improve collection processes
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration. Prior experience in collections, preferably in a leadership role, is also required.
