Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team. We have various accounts available, including Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues during the initial contact whenever possible, avoiding transfers.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients and colleagues.
