Job Description
1. Plans, organizes, and implements good warehousing practices, ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented at all times and at any given time.
2. Maintains the correct layout of the warehouse and ensures that proper stocking of products is done and conforms to the layout at any given time.
3. Ensures that warehouse equipment and other warehouse facilities are in good condition respectively and sufficient to support operations.
4. Maintains proper warehouse keeping at all times.
5. Ensures that 5’S, GWP/GMP’s are practiced and implemented at all times.
6. Handles and operates necessary tools and accessories for maintaining and managing the warehouse.
7. Manages and oversees receiving, shipping, loading, and unloading processes of warehouse/delivery personnel and ensures that a 99%-100% picking accuracy is maintained at all times. Maintains put-away activity within 48 hours from the hour the items were unloaded.
8. Ensures that stock levels are monitored and any out-of-stock situation is immediately coordinated with immediate superior.
9. Conducts coaching and mentoring of personnel to ensure alignment and smooth operations in the warehouse.
10. Maintains file safekeeping of distribution/delivery/warehouse-related documents.
Graduate of any Engineering course is highly preferred. Must have Technical or Vocational course.
At least two (2) years working experience in the field of warehousing with at least one (1) year background in logistics and/or supply chain-related functions.
