Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the general manager in daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Customer Service: Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring a memorable and positive dining experience for guests.
• Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and financial analysis to maximize profitability.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
