Job Description
- Conduct investigation on complaints of tenants/employees inside the property.
- Submit investigation report of all cases handled by the duty investigator.
- Attend daily briefing for dissemination of instructions.
- Attend court hearings in the prosecutions of cases filed by tenants/employees.
- Update Security Manager on pending and ongoing cases.
- Submit reports on all minor and major cases.
- Liaison with local police authorities.
- Assist tenants/employees who are in distress and in need of security assistance.
- Maintain coordination and contacts with local prosecutors.
- Assist tenants/employees who need security assistance.
