Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to all customer needs
- Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers
- Take food and beverage orders from customers
- Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables
- Take payments from customers
Qualifications:
- College Level
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Server in a restaurant for at least 1 year
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts daily (Paid OT)
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Willing to be assigned to all our branches (SM Aura Taguig, Shangri-La Plaza Shaw Mandaluyong)
