Job Description
As a Collection & Recovery Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection and recovery process within our organization. Your primary role will be to manage a team of collection agents and ensure that they are achieving their targets while maintaining a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
You will be responsible for monitoring the collection activities, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be required to implement strategies to minimize bad debt and increase recovery rates. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in collection and recovery, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should also possess a keen eye for detail and be proficient in data analysis. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
