· Reconcile petty cash transactions regularly and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field.
• Preferably living around Sta. Rita, Guagua and Bacolor area.
• Experience in accounting roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Accurately record and monitor receipts related to truck parts transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of receipts for future reference.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to reconcile discrepancies and verify the accuracy of recorded transactions.
• Encode allowances with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct regular checks to validate the accuracy of allowance entries.
• Thoroughly review payroll data to guarantee accuracy.
• Encode receipts with VAT accurately in compliance with tax regulations.
• Verify and reconcile VAT entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and monitor petty cash disbursements and receipts.
• Reconcile petty cash transactions regularly and maintain proper documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php11,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
