Job Description
A Pre-Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical and product knowledge during the pre-sales process. The main role of a Pre-Sales Representative is to understand customers’ requirements and collaborate with the sales team to develop effective solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and quotes.
- Assist in creating and delivering technical presentations to clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide post-sales support when required.
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
