Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Inventory & Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer demands.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing inventory control and management processes
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Managing stock movements and conducting regular stock checks
- Collaborating with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure sufficient stock levels
- Implementing and optimizing inventory strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Coordinating with shipping and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation
- Identifying and resolving any inventory discrepancies or issues
- Implementing safety and security protocols to protect warehouse personnel and assets
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is preferred.
