Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Contact Center Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of contact center representatives to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Your main duties will include monitoring and analyzing team performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members, and implementing improvement plans to meet and exceed performance targets. You will also be responsible for handling escalated customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer focus. Previous experience in a contact center environment and knowledge of customer service procedures and tools are also essential.
