Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservation Manager to join our team. As a Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and effectively managing all aspects of the reservation process.
Your main duties will include ensuring accurate and timely reservations, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of reservation agents, training them on company policies and procedures, and ensuring their productivity.
Key qualifications for this position include strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
