Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Training to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall training and professional development of our employees. Your role encompasses designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity.
As the Director of Training, you will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop effective training materials, and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions. You will also lead a team of trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.
Key qualifications for this position include a thorough understanding of adult learning principles, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs. The ability to assess training needs, analyze data, and provide innovative solutions is essential.
Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning platforms is preferred. A master’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field is highly desirable.
