Job Description
As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of service technicians and ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our field service activities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and scheduling service technicians’ tasks and assignments
- Providing technical guidance and support to the team
- Ensuring timely completion of service calls and addressing customer concerns
- Monitoring and maintaining service quality standards
- Tracking service records and generating reports
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize service delivery
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate must have a strong technical background, preferably in [specific field], and a proven track record in managing field service operations.
